Going Carousel Crazy with Opa & Oma

Opa & Oma surprised Adeline on her 2nd birthday with her very own musical carousel (pictured on the right, not the life-sized one on the left). She was so excited and now we watch the figurine go around every night before bed. After opening her gift we braved the rainy weather and took a ride on a real carousel. What a day!

Beauty Shop

We found this footage on our camera and laughed our heads off (literally). Claudia taped Adeline & Oscar playing "beauty shop" at their toddler class last week. I don't know if Adeline is having more fun with the hairdo or the squirt bottle. Going for the "wet look" I guess. You've got some stiff competition Auntie Michelle!

Walking Through the Wetlands

We met up with Lita on our way to Sacramento this weekend in a Wildlife Preserve and Wetlands. We strapped on our boots and tromped through the tall grass and muddy terrain. She loved to fall down in the tall grass and exclaim, "Oh NO!"

She Flies Through the Air with the Greatest of Ease

After weeks of fearful attempts, Adeline finally mastered the art of the flying trapeze in her tumbling class. Although nervous to let go at the end, she has often "stuck it" on her dismount.
